Generally, our products are free of shipping costs!

Free ShippingIn those cases where shipping fees are required, our products ship overnight, 2 day FedEX or 3-5 via USPS.  We usually deal with FedEX because they have proven themselves over the years to be dependable and competitively priced, thereby allowing us to be consistant and competitively priced.  All overseas items are sent directly from our warehouse so that we may control packaging, import documentation, address verification and tracking control.  U.S.A. shipments vary depending on Brand.  Some ship directly from the manufacturer and others we ship direct. 

In all cases where shipping fees are listed, they represent our actual costs. We do not view shipping and handling fees as a profit center.

For those products that are in our inventory, shipment usually ocurrs same day. If we must ship directly from the manufacturer, shipment is usually 2-5 business days. You will receive shipment information, tracking numbers (if appropriate) as soon as we recieve such information, from the shipper, so that you may plan for delivery.

Delivery Expectations:

Cologne & Fragrance Orders: In most cases, your order will process within 24 hours with a two day delivery expectation.

Watch Orders: Your watch order will ship directly from the Tommy Bahama manufacturing facility.  This advantage requires a 2-4 business day processing window.  All watch orders are shipped via 2 Day Priority Shipping.

All items shipped are insured, free of charge, and tracked to ensure successful delivery.
